MY EXPERIENCE
My original nose was too large and masculine for my face and personality. Others had pointed this out, especially during my school years, although I was already well aware of it from an early age.
I had a rhinoplasty in the early 1990s that gave me the nose I wanted. A year later I had a chin reduction by a maxillofacial surgeon. My enhanced profile looks softer, completlely natural, and more youthful.
